ACTIVE-INGREDIENT OF ERASTAPEX PLUS 40/12.5 GM 30 TAB

Each tablet 40/12.5 contains 40 mg olmesartan medoxomil + 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide.

INDICATION OF ERASTAPEX PLUS 40/12.5 GM 30 TAB

Erastapex Plus is indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on olmesartan medoxomil alone.

CONTRA-INDICATION OF ERASTAPEX PLUS 40/12.5 GM 30 TAB

Hypersensitivity to any component of this product. Severe renal impairment, severe hepatic impairment, cholestasis and biliary obstructive disorders. Hypokalemia, hypercalcemia, hypernatremia and hyperuricemia. Severe congestive heart failure, renal artery steriosis. Aortic and mitral valve stenosis. The concomitant use of Erastapex Plus with aliskiren-containing products is contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (GFR < 60 ml/min/ 1.73m2).
