VISCERALGINE SYRUP : tiemonium sulphate, gastrointestinal agents

ACTIVE-INGREDIENT OF VISCERALGINE SYRUP

Each film coated tablet contains: Tiemonium methyl sulfate 50 mg.

INDICATION

• Symptomatic treatment of acute painful manifestations related to functional disorders of the gastrointestinal and biliary tracts.
• treatment of painful gynecological manifestations.
• Symptomatic treatment of spasmodic and painful urinary tract manifestations.

DOSAGE

Follow all directions given to you by your pharmacist or doctor carefully . They may differ from the information contained in this leaflet

Ask your pharmacist or doctor for help if you do not understand the instructions on the box .

Recommended dose

In adults, the usual dose is 2 to 6 tablets per day. Particular option: the action of the oral form can be completed by the addition of 1 to 2 suppositories per 24 h.

OVER-DOSAGE

Symptoms: Appearance of atropinic effects: Dry mouth. Constipation. Tachycardia. Mental confusion in the elderly. Treatment: Removal of toxic agent. Symptomatic treatment in a specialized unit with cardiac and respiratory monitoring.

CONTRA-INDICATION

If you are hypersensitive to the active substances or any of the excipients. Urethroprostatic disorders with risk of urine retention. Risk of closed angel Glaucoma .

STORAGE

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use visceralgine 50 mg tablets after the expiration date stated on the pack. Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. These measures willl help to protect the environment .

A carton box containing 2 (Al/PVC) strips, each of 10 film-coated tablets with an inner leaflet.
